Privacy Notice

Analyzer is a private scheduling and operations application. Public visitors may view published schedule pages without creating an account.

Public Schedule Visitors

Public schedule pages are intended to show published schedule information, including provider names and assigned schedule coverage. Public visitors do not submit account details or profile information to view those pages.

Like most web applications, Analyzer may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details, request URL, request time, security/session cookies, and the cookie notice acknowledgment.

Members

Members who log in use Analyzer for account access, scheduling, requests, operational review, metrics, and related internal workflows. Member activity is processed only for application operation, security, support, and organization-authorized scheduling or reporting purposes.

No Tracking or Sale

Analyzer does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Analyzer does not sell public visitor data or share it for targeted advertising.

If non-essential analytics, marketing, or tracking tools are added later, this notice and the related user controls should be reviewed before those tools are enabled.

Questions

Members should use their normal organization support or administrator channel for privacy questions. Public visitors should contact the organization whose schedule they are viewing through that organization's normal published contact channels.
